CONNECTIONS

A wonderful option for those who want social and cognitive stimulation, as well as learning effective strategies to help slow down memory loss.

Fun and challenging games, puzzles, and memory strengthening exercises are offered in a friendly and stimulating environment. Other activities include support group discussions, music and light physical exercise.

Professionals conducting CONNECTIONS classes are specially trained as Early Memory Loss Facilitators by the Brookdale Foundation.

CONNECTIONS is also a great proactive cognitive-enhancing program for people who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
